The kit’s real screens running on Railway: dashboard, analytics, projects, the assistant, account and member pages, billing and the component screens. The demo keeps sample data in your browser and sends nothing anywhere; the kit signs people in with Clerk, stores data through its API in Postgres and bills with Stripe.

Version 0.4.3. The automated tests pass, and the live demo is this release running on Railway with sample data in place of the services. Sign-in, organizations and the Clerk webhook were exercised on the application this kit was taken from. We have not yet run the kit itself end to end against live Clerk and Stripe accounts, or the assistant against the live Claude API; the manual testing guide lists those steps so you can.

  • Analytics page with created and completed projects per week and a breakdown by status
Analytics, built from the organization’s own data

The assistant, answering with figures and a chart

Projects, the example resource to copy

    Member profile
  • Component screen showing chart types with their code
Component screens, with code to copy

What is in the download

  • A Next.js 16 web app and an Express 5 API on Postgres, in one pnpm workspace
  • Clerk sign-in on your own screens, with organizations, members, invitations and roles
  • Every API route scoped to the signed-in organization, with a test that walks each route as an outsider, a member and an admin
  • Stripe billing for each organization: two monthly plans, Checkout, the billing portal and a plan check for gated features
  • Plan state written only by the Stripe webhook, with duplicate and out-of-order deliveries handled
  • A script that creates the Stripe products and prices in a sandbox
  • A designed interface, held in a small set of tokens you change to re-brand it: your colours and typefaces across every screen and chart
  • A dashboard and an analytics page with charts built from the organization’s own data, with 7, 30 and 90 day ranges
  • An example resource (projects) from database to screen as the pattern to copy
  • An AI assistant in a slide-out panel that answers from the organization’s data through the Claude API, read-only and scoped to the signed-in person
  • Account settings, member profiles, an activity feed and a notifications menu
  • A component library with tests, including a chart system, and screens in the app that show each component with code you can copy
  • Production and staging on Railway, defined in code
  • PostHog analytics and error reporting
  • One typed config file per app for the product name, domains, support email and plans
  • Unit tests, API integration tests on a real Postgres, and a CI workflow
  • Guides for setup, Stripe, Railway, the architecture, customizing and manual testing

What you need

  • Node 24 and pnpm
  • A Clerk application with Organizations switched on
  • A Stripe account
