Kits

Starter kits for the parts every product has to rebuild.

A small catalog of code kits on the stack we use for our own work. We are finishing them now, and they go on sale on this page when they are ready.

The catalog

Separate kits that you can combine

Each kit is a product on its own. A bundle is two kits put together, and there are no tiers to climb.

Application kit

A SaaS foundation for products used by teams. Clerk sign-in with organizations, members, invitations and roles. Each company sees only its own data. Stripe billing for each company, production and staging on Railway, PostHog, tests and CI.

MCP server kit

A hosted MCP server that sits in front of an app you already have. It covers remote sign-in, access scoped to each user and company, hosting on Railway, rate limits and usage tracking.

App + MCP bundle

The application kit and the MCP server kit, delivered already joined, for a new product that should have its own MCP server from the start.

Data analytics kit

A working analytics pipeline for small data: ingestion into DuckDB, dbt models with tests, and Dagster to run it, with a documented switch to MotherDuck.

What will not cost anything

The kits will be paid products. These sit beside them and stay free.
